Your Role
As an IT & Security Associate, you will be part of our IT & Security Group that supports all business operations of the company to address incidents and requests fulfillment in production and test environments. You be mentored by a Team Lead and will work with Senior Engineers who will provide guidance, motivation, and support throughout your internship.
As an intern, you are expected to:
- Resolve technical issues related to devices, connectivity, and applications/tools.
- Maintain company assets, such as laptops, computers, and peripherals
- Maintain and upgrade existing hardware devices.
- Setup and configure laptops and network devices and perform network cabling task.
- Attend/take courses for technical and mindset growth and excel on the all assessments given.
Your Qualifications
- Graduate of any IT or Engineering related courses (BS IT, CS, Computer Engineering, ECE)
- Proficient in writing technical documentations.
- A knack for learning new technologies and innovations.
- Open to working with the IT Team in implementing service improvement, service migration, automation, and research works.
- Experience in any of the following would be advantageous:
- PC Troubleshooting, Operating Systems - Linux and MacOS,
- Networking Basics like Cisco, UBNT, or PFSense
- Programming in any of these languages - Shell, Python, HCL
- Networking and cloud technologies such as AWS, GCP, and Azure
