Role Description

As an IT Sales Specialist at Swaves Digital, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy. This is a unique role that combines the excitement of a startup environment with the prestige of a Microsoft partner ecosystem. You will be responsible for driving revenue through two primary streams: our proprietary in-house software solutions and the comprehensive suite of Microsoft Cloud services and products.

 

We are looking for a results-driven professional who can articulate the value of cloud governance and digital transformation to businesses looking to optimize their infrastructure.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Software Product Sales: Lead the market entry and sales execution for our home-grown tools, specifically focusing on Azure resource management change management, governance gaps, cost-optimization and AI integrated software.
  • Microsoft Solutions Delivery: Act as a consultant for Microsoft services, including Azure cloud migrations, Microsoft 365 licensing, and specialized security products.
  • End-to-End Sales Management: Identify prospects, conduct discovery sessions, perform product demonstrations, and negotiate contracts to close.
  • Strategic Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with IT managers and CTOs within the Philippine and regional tech landscape.
  • Feedback Loop: Work closely with our engineering team to provide market feedback, helping to shape the future roadmap of our developed software.
  • Pipeline Accuracy: Maintain a clean and updated CRM to ensure accurate forecasting and lead tracking.

 

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered
  • Expertise in IT Sales and experience working directly within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem. You must understand the relationship between Tenants, Management Groups, Subscriptions, and individual Azure services (Compute, Storage, Networking).
  • Proficiency in discussing Azure Policy, Blueprints, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and Microsoft Entra ID
  • Proven experience in Lead Generation and Account Management
  • Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with how Azure resources are deployed and managed (e.g., ARM Templates, Bicep, or Terraform) to better understand how our tool integrates into a client's CI/CD or Ops workflow
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to evolving customer needs
  • Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence and emerging technology solutions is a plus.
