We're Hiring: Information Technology Recruiter | Ortigas, Philippines

Join our Talent Acquisition team as an Information Technology Recruiter and help us build strong technology talent pipelines for local and global hiring requirements.

Location: Ortigas, Philippines

Experience: 3–6 Years | IT/Technical Recruitment

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding

• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, Indeed, referrals & job portals

• Build Boolean & X-Ray searches to identify passive talent

• Screen candidates and conduct initial recruiter interviews

• Recruit across Java, .NET, Python, QA, DevOps/SRE, Cloud, Data, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, BA & Project Management roles

• Partner with hiring managers and coordinate technical interviews

• Manage offers, negotiations, counteroffers and joining formalities

• Maintain ATS records and track recruitment KPIs & SLAs

• Build long-term relationships with candidates and maintain active talent pipelines

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, IT or related field

• 3–6 years of hands-on IT recruitment experience

• Strong knowledge of technical roles and IT skill sets

• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search & ATS

• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills

• Strong stakeholder management and candidate closure skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Preferred

Experience recruiting for US/APAC/global technology clients, IT staffing/consulting companies, niche technology skills, and high-volume hiring.
