Information Technology Project Manager

Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa

Work Setup: First 2 months onsite in Alabang, followed by a hybrid setup (2-3 days onsite per week)

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and drive project delivery from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will have strong end-to-end project management experience, executive stakeholder management capabilities, and a proven track record of delivering large-scale initiatives.

Candidates with a real estate background or experience managing projects within the real estate industry will have a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from planning through execution and delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Monitor scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and budget considerations.
• Prepare project updates and present progress reports to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
• Facilitate governance meetings and decision-making sessions.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and manage project expectations.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
• Ensure successful project delivery within agreed timelines and objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Proven experience managing large-scale or enterprise-wide projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive reporting experience.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience working with senior executives or ExCom-level stakeholders.
• PMP, Agile, or related certifications are advantageous.
• Real estate industry experience is a strong plus.
• Available for immediate deployment.
