Job Summary:
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects in alignment with organizational objectives and priorities.
What you'll be doing:
- Developing and managing detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinating and overseeing the work of cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA engineers
- Identifying and mitigating risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle
- Communicating project status, updates, and any escalations to key stakeholders
- Ensuring projects adhere to our company's processes and best practices
- Continuously improving project management processes and methodologies
What we're looking for:
- With 3+ years of experience as a Software Project Manager or in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and their practical application
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in using project management tools and software, such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project
- Must be amenable to work in BGC, Taguig for full onsite.
