Information Technology Project Manager

Job Summary:

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing IT projects that support digital services and enterprise technology solutions. This role ensures that project scope, schedule, cost, and integration align with business objectives while effectively managing vendor relationships and stakeholder expectations. 

Qualifications:

●    Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

●    5+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably in digital services or enterprise technology environments.

●    Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and traditional project management methodologies (Waterfall, PMP).

●    Experience managing scope, schedule, cost, and integration in IT projects.

●    Proven ability to manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service agreements.

●    Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and negotiation skills.

●    Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Trello for Agile project management.

●    Understanding of digital services technologies, cloud platforms, APIs, and enterprise IT systems.

●    Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

●    Agile certifications (CSM, SAFe Agilist, PMI-ACP, etc.)/PMP or PRINCE2 certification.

●    Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) best practices, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.

●    Familiarity with ITIL framework and IT service management (ITSM).
