Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with 4–5 years of project management experience to lead and coordinate IT infrastructure and cloud migration initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing server migration, infrastructure transformation, and cloud migration projects while ensuring timely delivery, effective stakeholder communication, and successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure and cloud migration projects.
• Plan, execute, monitor, and successfully deliver server migration and infrastructure modernization initiatives.
• Develop project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including infrastructure, cloud, networking, security, and application teams.
• Track project progress, budgets, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring projects remain on schedule.
• Identify project risks and proactively implement mitigation plans.
• Facilitate project meetings, provide status updates, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Ensure project documentation is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage change requests and resolve project-related issues efficiently.
• Ensure projects adhere to organizational standards and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager.
• Proven experience managing IT Infrastructure Projects.
• Strong experience leading Server Migration and Cloud Migration projects.
• Excellent understanding of infrastructure environments, including servers, storage, networking, and cloud platforms.
• Strong project planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project management methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile certification is a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
