We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager who will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of software development projects. This role ensures that solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction, while upholding quality and operational readiness standards.

Job Title: IT Project Manager
Work Set up: Hybrid; 1-2 days onsite
Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and control software delivery projects from initiation to completion.
- Monitor deliverables through resource planning, project scheduling, time estimation, and forecasting.
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to facilitate planning, decision-making, and execution activities.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues with appropriate contingency plans.
- Monitor team utilization to support business unit productivity and billability goals.
- Participate in pre-sales activities by providing guidance during scoping, solutioning, and proposal development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years experience in IT solutions development and implementation
- 3+ years project management experience delivering enterprise software
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and open-source technologies
- Experience with web/mobile app development
- Familiar with OOP, Design Patterns, UML/OOAD, system architecture
- Preferably experienced in distributed systems, custom apps, product implementation, and system integration
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills
- Adheres to information security, risk management, and company policies
- With PMP Certification is an advantage
