About the Role

We are seeking an IT Project Manager to lead IT infrastructure projects and system deployments across our Philippine operations. The role combines project management and hands-on technical expertise to deliver secure, reliable, and cost-effective solutions aligned with business needs and global IT standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning, design, deployment, and completion of IT infrastructure projects, managing timelines, budgets, resources, and risks.
Oversee the implementation and maintenance of servers, workstations, networks, telecommunications, cloud services, and software.
Design and implement solutions involving virtualization, storage, LAN/WAN, firewalls, telephony, and colocation.
Maintain system security, data protection, backups, and disaster recovery readiness.
Coordinate with business stakeholders and global IT teams to translate operational requirements into technology solutions.
Manage vendors, consultants, and service providers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and infrastructure standards.
Manage IT infrastructure budgets and identify opportunities to improve performance and cost efficiency.
Supervise and develop IT personnel through coaching, training, and performance management.
Provide regular reports on project progress, system performance, risks, and improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Six to ten years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure management or a similar role.
Demonstrated experience leading large IT projects and infrastructure rollouts.
Strong knowledge of systems administration, networking, security, databases, storage, and telephony.
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Intune, and Microsoft 365.
Hands-on experience with virtualization, backup solutions, firewalls, and disaster recovery.
Strong project management, analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
Experience managing teams, vendors, and budgets.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Tagalog.
Cisco, Fortinet, or Microsoft certifications are an advantage.
