Information Technology Operations Specialist

Mandatory Skills:

• 6+ years experience in IT Operations or Systems Operations role
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in IT/Computer Science/Computer Engineering or relevant discipline
• Hands-on experience supporting production systems in regulated or missioncritical environments.
• Proven experience managing: · Change management · Patch management · IAM operations · Audit and compliance processes
• Strong understanding of ITIL / operational control frameworks.

Responsibility:

• Oversee daytoday production operations across Dash systems, including inhouse and thirdparty applications.
• Review and validate Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) and corrective/preventive actions.
• Track recurring operational issues and drive longterm remediation with engineering and vendor teams.
• Own and enforce the change management process for production systems.
• Coordinate deployment activities across DevOps, application teams, and vendors.
• Maintain comprehensive change records aligned to MAS TRM audit expectations.
• Own endtoend patch management governance for operating systems and middleware and ensure patch schedules aligned with compliance timelines and business risk.
• Ensure patching evidence, logs, and reports are auditready at all times.
• Ensure timely onboarding and offboarding, leastprivilege enforcement and proper segregation of duties.
• Coordinate and support periodic access reviews with compliance and risk teams.
• Support audit walkthroughs, evidence collection, and remediation tracking.
• Proactively identify operational noncompliance risks and escalate them to the Technology and Operations Directors.
• Maintain and update operational runbooks, SOPs, and support documentation, including runbooks for disaster recovery.
• Participate in BCP and DR exercises, validating operational readiness and documentation.
