Information Technology Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Head to lead our technology strategy and oversee our end-to-end technology ecosystem. This role is responsible for ensuring that technology investments support business growth, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and innovation.

As the IT Head, you will provide strategic leadership across enterprise architecture, cloud solutions, cybersecurity governance, service integration, vendor management, and technology operations. You will work closely with executive leadership and technology partners to deliver secure, scalable, and business-aligned technology services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization's IT strategy and technology roadmap.

• Lead enterprise architecture, cloud transformation, and digital innovation initiatives.

• Establish and maintain IT governance frameworks, policies, and standards.

• Oversee cybersecurity governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

• Manage technology vendors, outsourced service providers, and strategic partnerships.

• Ensure service excellence across application development, infrastructure, and operations.

• Drive automation, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Partner with business leaders to align technology investments with business objectives.

• Manage IT budgets, technology portfolios, and investment performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Information Technology.

• At least 5 years in a technology leadership, enterprise architecture, or IT management role.

• Proven experience managing outsourced technology services and multi-vendor environments.

• Strong expertise in enterprise architecture, cloud computing, cybersecurity, IT governance, and digital transformation.

• Experience in financial services, fintech, or other regulated industries is an advantage.

• Professional certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, TOGAF, ITIL, CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or PMP are highly desirable.
