Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and ensure the effective implementation of Global IT policies, systems, and programs that are strategically aligned with business objectives, enabling efficient support of site-wide IT requirements, technology optimization, and informed decision-making across the organization.
- Lead the analysis, redesign, and continuous improvement of business processes by leveraging emerging technologies, enhancing infrastructure and network capabilities, and maximizing the organization's knowledge and information resources.
- Formulate, recommend, implement, and monitor IT strategies, initiatives, and services in alignment with corporate guidelines and business priorities, ensuring that technology investments effectively support organizational goals and operational excellence.
- Establish and maintain global IT governance frameworks, standards, policies, and enterprise architecture guidelines to ensure compliance, consistency, security, and business continuity across all locations.
- Develop and oversee IT governance, risk, and privacy compliance frameworks, including supporting tools, processes, and controls, to ensure that ICT initiatives are aligned with corporate strategies, regulatory requirements, and governance best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Accountancy, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as ITIL, COBIT, CISA, CRISC, or other relevant IT Governance and Risk Management credentials are highly preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Information Technology, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or management role in an EMS or similar high-tech manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of information technology infrastructure, services, digital solutions, and enterprise systems.
- Extensive experience in IT strategy development, governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks, with proven application of industry best practices.
- In-depth understanding of discrete manufacturing operations and business processes.
- Advanced knowledge of manufacturing technology solutions, including ERP, MES, CRM, and other enterprise applications.
- Working knowledge of project management methodologies, ITIL service management, and DevOps practices.
- Strong familiarity with current ICT trends, technologies, and best practices within the electronics manufacturing industry.
