We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy
IT Intern to join our team. This internship opportunity is ideal for students or fresh graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in IT support, systems administration, troubleshooting, and day-to-day technical operations within a professional work environment.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, willing to learn, and passionate about technology and problem-solving.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide basic technical support for hardware, software, and network-related concerns
- Assist in setting up and configuring laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT equipment
- Support user account creation, password resets, and access management
- Help monitor and maintain IT inventory and documentation
- Assist in troubleshooting system, connectivity, and application issues
- Support the IT team in system upgrades, installations, and maintenance activities
- Participate in IT-related projects and process improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards
- Perform other administrative and technical tasks as assigned by the IT team
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in:
- Information Technology
- Computer Science
- Computer Engineering
- Information Systems
- or any related field
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and common operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
- Knowledge of basic troubleshooting and networking
- Familiarity with Active Directory, ticketing systems, or IT support tools
- Experience with programming, databases, or web development is a plus
