Description

An Information Technology (IT) Intern supports the IT team in maintaining and improving systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and assisting with various technology-related projects. This role provides hands-on experience in IT operations, allowing interns to develop technical skills in a professional setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Support IT staff in system updates, installations, and configurations.
• Help maintain IT documentation, including manuals and system logs.
• Conduct testing and debugging of software or applications.
• Assist in cybersecurity efforts by monitoring systems for security threats.
• Provide technical support to employees and respond to IT-related inquiries.
• Participate in IT projects, including system upgrades and migrations.
• Research emerging technologies and recommend potential improvements.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and data protection regulations.
• Perform other administrative and support tasks as assigned by the IT team.

Qualifications

• Students pursuing a degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
