Roles and Responsibilities:

The IT Infrastructure Specialist is responsible for maintaining, securing, and optimizing the organizations network, servers, and backend IT systems. This role handles infrastructure monitoring, incident resolution, and system upgrades, ensuring business continuity and security. The specialist also provides technical guidance, manages IT assets, and supports cross-functional IT projects.

Monitor IT tickets and assign or resolve issues promptly to reduce downtime.

Manage and maintain local and cloud infrastructure.

Monitor security systems, networks, and live systems; respond to alerts.

Administer Windows and SQL servers, including patching and updates.

Handle network administration and access control.

Maintain technical documentation for infrastructure and security processes.

Manage backup systems and disaster recovery procedures.

Apply security standards and ensure compliance with IT policies.

Lead proactive infrastructure projects to improve performance and reliability.

Provide training to team members on infrastructure and security practices.

Required Qualifications:

At least four (4) years of experience in IT infrastructure and support

Administers SaaS products such as Zoom and Salesforce.

Uses Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and endpoint management tools effectively.

Applies knowledge of Windows Server, SQL Server, and network administration.

Manages infrastructure security, backup systems, and disaster recovery processes.

Handles IT support desk operations using ticketing systems.

Applies understanding of security standards and compliance requirements.

Follows formal IT/IS policies and procedures in daily operations.

Provides technical support to Executive and high-level team members.

Supports both macOS and Windows operating environments.

Works efficiently in fast-paced and dynamic environments while maintaining accuracy.

Solves problems proactively and takes ownership of projects from start to finish.

Clear and coherent both communication and interpersonal skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
