The IT Infrastructure Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining the companys technology infrastructure to ensure secure, reliable, and scalable IT operations that support real estate business needs. This role oversees the management of networks, servers, data storage, while leading infrastructure-related projects to drive efficiency across the organization.
Infrastructure Management
- Oversee the design, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of servers, storage, networks, and other IT infrastructure.
- Manage cloud and on-premise infrastructure environments, ensuring optimized usage and cost-efficiency.
Network & Server Administration
- Administer and secure LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless networks.
- Manage server performance, backup, and recovery procedures to minimize downtime and data loss.
Project Management
- Lead IT infrastructure projects, including upgrades, migrations, and new system implementations.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and cross-functional teams for timely delivery of IT initiatives.
- Prepare project plans, budgets, timelines, and risk assessments.
IT Operations & Support
- Establish IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
- Monitor system capacity, performance, and security, ensuring proactive issue resolution.
- Provide 2nd/3rd level escalation support for infrastructure-related incidents.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Supervise and mentor IT infrastructure staff, fostering continuous skills development.
- Collaborate with application, security, and business teams to align IT solutions with corporate goals.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service level agreements.
