Customer Experience IT Expert

For Local Employment (Philippines)

We are looking for a Customer Experience IT Expert to support a growing global user base of dental professionals. In this role, you'll work closely with doctors and their staff to deliver best-in-class technical support for advanced scanning hardware and proprietary software used in modern digital dentistry.

This position is ideal for a technically strong, customer-focused IT professional who enjoys hands-on troubleshooting, collaborating with engineering teams, and working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

What You'll Do

  • Provide high-quality technical support via phone, chat, and email for client-facing software and hardware
  • Troubleshoot and support Windows 10 and Windows 11 desktop environments
  • Serve as a product expert for 3D scanning hardware and internally developed software
  • Document, track, and escalate bugs while working cross-functionally with Engineering and Product teams
  • Create and maintain SOPs and troubleshooting documentation to continuously improve customer experience
  • Support internal teams with ad-hoc remote and in-office IT needs
  • Coach and support Tier 1/frontline agents on complex or non-standard technical issues

What We're Looking For

  • 13 years of IT Help Desk or Technical Support experience
  • Experience working with a ticketing or CRM system, including handling escalations from frontline support
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and desktop environments
  • Willingness and ability to quickly learn new hardware and proprietary software
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience supporting dental, medical, or imaging/scanning hardware or software
  • CompTIA or similar IT certifications
  • Experience using Zendesk, Salesforce, or comparable CRM platforms
  • Experience supporting small business customers
  • Background in a startup or high-growth environment
  • A positive attitude, strong sense of ownership, and the ability to enjoy problem-solving
