Job Summary
Portfolio Test Analyst support the governance, monitoring, and reporting of testing activities across the project and program portfolio to ensure quality delivery, compliance with testing standards, and effective management of testing risks and issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor testing activities, milestones, risks, and issues across multiple projects and programs.
- Track compliance with test governance frameworks, standards, and processes.
- Prepare and maintain portfolio testing dashboards, reports, and key quality metrics.
- Analyze testing results, defect trends, and KPIs to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
- Support test governance reviews, audits, and release readiness assessments.
- Coordinate with project teams, test leads, and stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution and reporting.
- Maintain testing documentation, governance records, and portfolio trackers.
- Escalate testing risks, issues, and non-compliance concerns as required.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and adoption of testing best practices.
- Assist in providing accurate and timely updates to management and governance forums.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Software Testing, Quality Assurance, Test Coordination, or Project Support.
- Familiarity with test governance, defect management, and quality assurance processes.
- Experience with Test Management Tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, HP ALM/Quality Center).
- Must be willing to work onsite and be assigned in Makati/Ortigas
