Role Description The Information Technology Delivery Manager is a contract, on-site role based in Taguig, responsible for overseeing end-to-end delivery of technology solutions and services. The role manages IT delivery plans, coordinates cross-functional teams, and ensures projects meet scope, quality, timeline, and budget requirements. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring service performance, resolving delivery issues, managing stakeholder expectations, and supporting continuous improvement of delivery processes. The IT Delivery Manager will collaborate closely with business and technical teams, prepare status reports, manage risks and dependencies, and maintain alignment between project outcomes and business objectives.

Role Overview

The IT Delivery Manager drives the end-to-end execution of technology projects within ITG, leveraging both Agile and Waterfall methodologies to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery. This role combines project leadership with operational continuous improvement, guiding development pipeline enhancements to boost delivery speed, quality, and efficiency.

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as an IT Delivery Manager or Senior Project Manager delivering complex IT projects.
Proven track record of managing projects under both Waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Demonstrated experience with continuous delivery concepts, release management, and software development lifecycles (SDLC).
