General Description

The Local Information Technology Business Partner will implement an automated business solution based on the user requirements and appropriate recommended technology. Reviews document and validate the business process. Reviews and analyzes proposals/recommendations to meet business requirements. Conduct coordination meeting between stakeholders.

Manages the project implementation together with the solutions provider whether in-house or 3rd party vendor within the limits of the approved business solution with the objective of improving operational and transactional efficiency of the client's business process.

- Agri Planning and Operations

- Agri Logistics

- MM (Materials Management) Procurement

- MM (Materials Management) Inventory Management

- PP (Production Planning)

- QM (Quality Management)

- PM (Plant Maintenance)

- FICO (Finance and Controlling)

- SD (Sales and Distribution)

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Analysis and Solutions Definition

• Understands project plans and is able to clearly articulate roles, project goals, and timeliness
• Reviews projects request in detail
• Reviews document & validate business processes, flow of information and business requirements
• Reviews and analyzes proposals/recommendations of the solutions provider to meet the business objectives/requirements
• Prepares sets of questions to gather the requirements of the stakeholder
• Interviews stakeholders and develop a clear, concise and thorough requirements documentation
• Define the scope of testing within the context of each delivery
• Ensure that roles are clearly defined for each member of the team

Project Execution

• Conduct coordination meeting with the process owners to ensure the project meets the business objectives.
• Provide updates and lay down the groundwork to the process owners so that deliverables are easy to digest.
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status/requirements adequately to all participants.
• Enforce and consistently apply the project management standard
• Enforce project deadlines and schedules
• Takes input from immediate superior and appropriately and accurately applies comments/feedback.
• Proactively carries out project support/administrative functions.
• Establishes responsible deadlines and personal work plans and manages time effectively.

Qualifications

Must be willing to relocate to Polomolok, South Cotabato

Education

Bachelor of Science in Computer Studies major in Information Systems or related IT course from a reputable college/university.

Graduates from other course will be considered coupled with the experience in the process stream to be handled.

Training

• Working knowledge in project management
• Training in effective communication and presentation
• Working knowledge in the SDLC (software development lifecycle) methodology. Other methodologies are preferred but not required
• Working knowledge in software application design and development concepts

Work Experience

• Must have work experience in Project Management & System Implementation
• 3 years on project scoping for information process and reporting requirement
• 2 years on project management of implementing automated business solutions
