Information Technology Business Analyst

What you'll be doing:

• Gather and analyze business requirements, working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges
• Translate business requirements into detailed, functional specifications that can be used by our development team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and designers, to ensure seamless implementation of solutions
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and make recommendations to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our business operations
• Conduct user acceptance testing and provide feedback to the development team
• Document and maintain detailed project artefacts, including process flows, user stories, and system documentation

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Familiarity with business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques, such as process mapping, user stories, and data modelling.
• Experience in Banking and Financial Industry is a plus
• Experience in Agile project management methodologies is preferred.
