You own the integrity and security of the IT infrastructure for a U.S.-based SaaS provider, ensuring all systems meet rigorous compliance and risk standards. Your work directly impacts the organization's regulatory standing through hands-on SOX ITGC testing, SOC 1/2 reporting, and comprehensive cloud environment assessments.

This is not a general administrative or IT support role. You operate within a high-stakes governance framework where you are responsible for evaluating SDLC controls, AWS cloud compliance, and vendor risk management. Best suited for audit professionals who thrive in technical environments, value meticulous documentation, and prefer structured, deadline-driven delivery cycles over ambiguous project scopes.

You're Likely a Strong Fit If You Have

• 3+ years of experience in IT auditing, risk management, or related fields
• Strong technical proficiency in SOX ITGC testing (Change Management, Logical Access, and IT Operations).
• Expertise in IT infrastructure, cloud environments (especially AWS), and SDLC
• Hands-on experience with SOX ITGC testing and SOC 1 / SOC 2 reporting
• Familiarity with SaaS applications and vendor risk management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey technical findings
• CISA, CISSP, or similar certification (or actively pursuing)
• Previous experience in a Big 4 public accounting or consulting firm is highly preferred

You own the audit lifecycle, ensuring that all technical controls are verified and documented against global standards.

• Conduct comprehensive IT audits and risk assessments across infrastructure and networks.
• Execute SOX ITGC testing and facilitate SOC 1 / SOC 2 reporting requirements.
• Review software development lifecycle (SDLC) controls for proprietary applications.

Cloud & Infrastructure Governance

You ensure the organization's cloud and system footprint adheres to best practices and security frameworks.

• Assess AWS cloud environments for compliance and risk mitigation.
• Evaluate the security and configuration of Windows/Linux operating systems and databases.
• Manage vendor risk management practices for third-party SaaS applications.

Technical Reporting & Framework Development

You bridge the gap between technical findings and business solutions through clear, actionable reporting.

• Prepare and present technical audit findings to IT and business leadership.
• Assist in the development and implementation of robust technology governance frameworks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to track and verify the remediation of identified issues.
