Information Technology Audit Supervisor | SB Finance

Audit Supervisor - Information Systems conducts regular audits (Thematic – end to end reviews, and application systems review) and whenever necessary, special reviews and investigations. Also supports the Thematic and Special Audit Manager in managing audit engagements of the assigned unit.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist the Audit Manager in managing audit engagements.
• Provide guidance and review working papers of Audit Examiners whenever necessary.
• Conduct regulars audits, and whenever necessary, special reviews and investigations.
• Ensure that conclusions and engagement results are based on appropriate analysis and evaluations.
• Assist the Audit Manager is drafting issues and finalizing reports whenever necessary.
• Collaborate with Audit Manager in revisiting and updating Audit Program Guides (APGs).
• Ensure timely reporting or elevation of critical matters or concerns to Audit Management.
• Provide mentoring and coaching to newly hired and/or existing Audit Examiners.
• Strictly observe compliance to Internal Policies, Standards, Best Practices and Regulations
• It is accepted and understood that the employee may perform other related tasks which may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting or any related field
• At least 1 to 4 years of work experiences in Audit & Taxation, Banking and Financial, Information Security
• Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
• Good understanding of banking operations and governing laws and regulations on the areas being assigned.
• With experience in handling systems audit and/or general IT controls review.
