Education and Work Experience:
Proven experience in citizen development, low-code/no-code platforms, and process automation.
Strong understanding of governance, security, and compliance in digital solution development.
Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
Experience in large organizations is preferred.
Technical Knowledge
Proficiency in low-code/no-code platforms (especially Microsoft Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, CoPilot).
Understanding of process automation, workflow design, and solution lifecycle management.
Familiarity with IT governance, data protection, and security standards.
Knowledge of best practices for documentation, testing, and deployment of digital solutions.
Soft Skills
Strong communication and facilitation skills for training, mentoring, and stakeholder engagement.
Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and practices.
Coaching and peer support skills.
Tools/Software
Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, CoPilot).
Collaboration tools (e.g. Microsoft Teams, SharePoint).
Project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Planner, or similar).
Documentation and knowledge management tools (e.g., Word, OneNote,).
Certification (if applicable)
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900) required.
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate (PL-100) preferred.
Other relevant certifications in process automation, RPA, or IT governance are an advantage.
