Job Description

Role Overview

VCloud Interactive LLC is seeking an experienced IT Administrator to manage and support the company's technology operations. The role covers IT infrastructure, cloud services, user support, procurement, vendor management, security, and ongoing maintenance of all systems and services used across the organization.

This role is being hired for our Cairo, Egypt; Bacolod, Philippines; and Angeles, Philippines offices. This is a hybrid role, with 3 days in office per week and 2 days working from home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support company devices, networks, software, and cloud services.
  • Administer and maintain services within the Google ecosystem, including Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Google Workspace, and related tools.
  • Monitor the availability, performance, and security of all business-critical services and platforms.
  • Provide technical support to employees and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
  • Handle employee onboarding and offboarding from an IT perspective.
  • Manage IT procurement, including hardware, software licenses, subscriptions, and service providers.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and lifecycle records for company IT assets.
  • Coordinate with vendors for purchasing, support, repairs, and warranty claims.
  • Perform routine maintenance, updates, patching, backups, and security checks.
  • Document systems, processes, configurations, and operational procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company IT and security policies.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in IT Administration, IT Operations, or IT Support.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, networking, and cloud-based environments.
  • Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Google Workspace, and SaaS applications.
  • Experience managing IT assets, procurement processes, and vendor relationships.
  • Strong understanding of networking and telecommunications technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, SIP, VoIP, routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Experience with telecom platforms and cloud communications services; familiarity with Twilio, SIP trunking, and programmable voice solutions is a plus.
  • Good understanding of IT security, access management, backup, and business continuity practices.
  • Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Experience

Candidates should demonstrate previous hands-on experience managing end-user support, cloud services, IT operations, procurement, vendor coordination, and ongoing maintenance of business technology environments.
