About the Opportunity
Our client is seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator to manage and support its core business systems in a fully remote environment. This role is ideal for a technically skilled professional who enjoys owning day-to-day system administration, improving business processes, and ensuring business-critical SaaS platforms remain secure, reliable, and efficient.
The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for user access, system administration, troubleshooting, and continuous platform improvements while collaborating with teams across the organization.
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific Time (US).
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain core SaaS business applications, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Manage user provisioning, permissions, and access controls across multiple platforms.
- Provide first-line and escalated technical support for business applications and end users.
- Configure and maintain Google Workspace, ERP systems, and low-code business platforms.
- Build and enhance workflows, automations, and system integrations to improve operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot application, integration, and data synchronization issues.
- Support security initiatives, including access reviews, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding from a systems and access perspective.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and system configurations.
- Monitor software licensing and subscriptions to ensure compliance and cost optimization.
- Identify opportunities to enhance existing systems and recommend new technology solutions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in IT Administration, Systems Administration, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience administering Google Workspace and at least one ERP platform (NetSuite experience is highly desirable).
- Experience working with Airtable or similar low-code/no-code platforms, including workflow automation.
- Strong understanding of SaaS administration, user access management, and IT security best practices.
- Experience supporting integrations between cloud-based business applications.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while supporting a distributed team.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with workflow automation tools and SaaS integrations.
- Exposure to identity management, cloud security, or compliance frameworks.
- Experience supporting fast-paced, growing organizations.
This is a fully remote role, based in the Phillippines, paying 800,000-900,000 PHP per annum.
