Job Description

Responsibilities

Support the development and execution of the annual IT audit plan, including identification of high-risk technology areas
Develop audit work programs with defined objectives, scope, and timelines
Conduct IT audit engagements covering applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and general IT controls
Perform walkthroughs, interviews, and risk assessments to understand business processes and key IT controls.
Review system documentation, test IT controls, and evaluate compliance with policies and regulatory standards
Identify control gaps, root causes, and emerging risks through data analysis and audit procedures
Prepare audit work papers and documentation in accordance with audit standards
Draft audit findings, reports, and observation sheets
Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and management action plans
Validate the completion and effectiveness of corrective actions
Participate in special reviews, advisory engagements, and process improvement initiatives
Provide recommendations related to IT governance, cybersecurity, and system controls aligned with industry frameworks
Contribute to improving audit methodologies, tools, and best practices

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
At least 24 years of experience in IT Audit, IT Risk, Cybersecurity, or IT Compliance
Knowledge of IT audit frameworks and standards
Understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, cybersecurity, and internal controls
Experience with risk assessment, control testing, and audit documentation
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills
Ability to communicate audit findings clearly to stakeholders
Willing to work onsite in Makati city
