COREPROFILE
The Information Security Project Manager is responsible for tracking the progress of multiple security reviews being conducted for customer facing products, internal productivity and employee tools and technology upgrades.
NATURE OF WORK
- The incumbent is expected to maintain a dashboard and tracker that shows the aggregate and detailed status of Office of the CISO reviews and implementation of security tools. He/she is also expected to monitor SLA performance for security reviews ensuring compliance with timelines and quality standards.
- The incumbent shall assist the assigned specialists for Office of the CISO review projects to ensure timely and appropriate delivery. The incumbent will coordinate with internal stakeholders to keep updated on project status, and adapt necessary measures to increase the success rate of the reviews. From time-to-time, as needed, the incumbent may also work with stakeholders external to Maya.
- The incumbent is expected to identify and timely raise critical, high risk project issues that may introduce an exploitable security risk to InfoSec leadership for proper decision.
- The incumbent is expected to support the Information Security Programs Manager in preparing monthly and/or quarterly reports and insights that will facilitate informed decision-making and enhance operational efficiency in security reviews. Additionally, the incumbent is expected to assist in the preparation of reports to the Technology Group Governance Committee (TGGC) and to the Board of Directors, and other relevant reports as needed.

Technical:
- Demonstrated mastery of managing and tracking multiple components of complex projects that require balancing profitability, business growth, and information security.
- Good familiarity of Maya products and services
- Good familiarity with Maya Technology
- Basic understanding of security threats and vulnerabilities
- Basic understanding of compliance requirements and security-relevant regulations

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experienced project manager focusing on technology, fintech products and experience in liaising with security, privacy and anti-fraud teams.
- Experience in dealing with all ranks of a company. Understanding of the information needs and the communication styles of various project team members in all levels.
- Experience in creating and maintaining documentation for complex, multi-faceted projects.
- With above average presentation preparation and presentation delivery skills.
