Information Security Engineer Consultant

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for performing operational/maintenance activities on Infrastructure
• Security Appliances not limited to only Panorama and Palo Alto firewalls.
• Managing HA & upgrades on PALO ALTO devices
• Engineer would be working on daily Deployment/Changes
• Managing Break/Fix Incidents & High Priority WAR Rooms
• Monitoring & Operational support for Network ISP Switches & Network Engineer will be coordinating with clients through our various internal mechanisms and guiding them in an appropriate solution.
• Responsible for designing and run planned Security Changes & RMA to maintain business continuity.
• Maintain detailed technical documentation (e.g. standards, process, Method of Procedures, Run Books)
