Job Title: Information Security Compliance Engineer

Location: Makati City

Work Set-up: Hybrid

Job Description

• Support information security governance and policy management, ensuring alignment with ISO 27001, NIST, and PCI DSS frameworks
• Assist in risk identification, assessment, and mitigation tracking, maintaining updated risk registers
• Monitor and support regulatory and compliance requirements, including audit evidence and documentation
• Participate in internal and external audits, including control testing and issue tracking
• Manage and maintain ISMS documentation and version control, ensuring accuracy and traceability
• Assist in incident tracking, root cause analysis, and compliance issue resolution
• Support vendor and third-party risk assessments
• Contribute to security awareness, training, and compliance reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• At least 1 year experience in Information Security, Compliance, Risk, or Audit
• Working knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001, ISMS documentation, or similar frameworks
• Familiarity with risk management, audit processes, and compliance tracking
• Strong attention to detail, accountability, and analytical thinking
• Experience in fintech or regulated industries is a plus
