Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • KOL Strategy Development

Develop and execute a comprehensive TikTok influencer marketing strategy that aligns with brand objectives, local market trends, and consumer insights.

Plan marketing campaigns that effectively boost engagement, brand awareness, and conversion, with clear KPIs and measurable outcomes.

  • KOL Research & Identification

Identify and collaborate with Philippines TikTok influencersboth top-tier and microwho align with the brand's values, target audience, and goals.

Stay up to date with TikTok trends and emerging influencers to ensure the brand remains at the forefront of the platform.

  • Campaign Execution & Management

Lead end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns, including briefing, content creation, final delivery, and performance analysis.

Ensure that influencer content aligns with brand guidelines, tone, and overall marketing strategy.

  • Collaboration & Negotiation

Negotiate contract terms, collaboration details, and compensation with influencers and influencer agencies to establish mutually beneficial partnerships.

Work closely with internal teams (creative, PR, marketing) to ensure seamless integration of influencer content into the broader marketing strategy.

  • Performance Tracking & Reporting

Monitor the performance of TikTok influencer campaigns, track key metrics (such as engagement, reach, conversion), and optimize strategies accordingly.

Provide regular reports to management on campaign performance, ROI, and influencer impact analysis.

  • Community Building

Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers to foster loyalty and secure ongoing collaborations.

Participate in community management, engage with influencers audiences, and ensure a positive brand reputation.

  • Market & Competitor Insights

Monitor competitors influencer marketing strategies on TikTok and analyze trends in influencer marketing within the Philippines digital landscape.

Use data and insights to continuously improve and adjust influencer marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 34 years of relevant experience
  • Experience leading a team of KOL Specialists; Hands-on experience managing KOL collaborations with a monthly budget of around USD 10,000;
  • Access to thousands of influencers, with the ability to manage the KOL database, including tagging and category management.
