About the Role

We're looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to build Even's creator engine from the ground up. Healthcare is a trust business, and creators — doctors, health and fitness voices, lifestyle influencers — are how we earn that trust at scale. You'll own the influencer program end to end: discovery, deals, briefs, content, and the numbers that prove it works.

What You'll Do

• Build and own Even's influencer program across Instagram and YouTube — from strategy to execution.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard creators (health, fitness, lifestyle, and doctor-creators) who fit Even's brand.
• Negotiate commercials and manage contracts, deliverables, and timelines end to end.
• Write sharp briefs and work with creators to produce content that is authentic to them and on-brand for Even.
• Track performance rigorously — reach, engagement, traffic, signups — and double down on what converts.
• Repurpose winning creator content across paid, social, and CRM channels.
• Stay on top of creator trends, formats, and platform changes.

What You'll Need

• 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing — in-house at a consumer brand or at an agency managing consumer accounts.
• A strong network of creators and talent managers, and proven experience negotiating and closing creator deals.
• Sharp content instincts — you know what performs on Instagram and YouTube and why.
• Comfort with numbers: tracking spends, measuring outcomes, and reporting ROI honestly.
• Ability to manage many creators, campaigns, and deadlines at once without dropping balls.

Good to Have

• Experience with healthcare, wellness, or other trust-heavy categories.
• Experience running doctor / expert-led content programs.
