The Opportunity
We're hiring an Influencer Marketing Coordinator to support an early-stage, founder-led DTC wellness brand scaling a new functional consumer product — owning the day-to-day execution of sourcing qualified micro-influencer candidates, managing the ambassador outreach pipeline from seeding through activation, and keeping creator discovery tools and tracking spreadsheets clean and current; in parallel, you'll partner closely with the CMO on calendar and inbox management so the founder can stay focused on high-leverage work.
What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like
- Influencer Sourcing: Build qualified influencer lists based on client parameters — follower count, engagement, content alignment with the brand's mission, and estimated CAC.
- Discovery Platform Management: Source micro-influencer candidates using Influencer Hero and Nectar, filtering by follower count, engagement rate, and content-topic fit.
- Ambassador Program Outreach: Qualify micro-influencer candidates, initiate product seeding invitations, and track responses through the activation funnel.
- Tracking & Reporting: Manage the influencer tracking spreadsheet and provide weekly reporting on qualified candidates sourced and ambassador pipeline status.
- Data Hygiene: Maintain data entry and list hygiene within Influencer Hero and Nectar so candidate records stay accurate and organized.
- Inbox Triage: Triage the CMO's inbox daily — flag priorities, filter low-signal outreach, and compile a morning Slack digest so the founder can respond efficiently without staying in email.
- Calendar Management: Schedule meetings, resolve conflicts, and maintain calendar hygiene for the founder.
What You Bring
- Influencer Operations Experience: 2+ years supporting influencer programs through sourcing and seeding.
- Discovery Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience with Influencer Hero, Grin, Aspire, or a comparable influencer discovery platform.
- Written Communication: Strong written English with the judgment to navigate executive inbox nuance without hand-holding.
- Executive Support Comfort: Confidence managing an executive inbox and calendar.
- Spreadsheet Fluency: Working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
- Schedule Alignment: Ability to work EST hours.
Bonus Points if:
- Experience with Gmail and Slack for team communications
- Experience with ambassador programs
- Experience with social listening or creator discovery tools (e.g., Nectar, Brandwatch, or similar)
- Background in organic social media management or marketing coordination
- Prior executive assistant or administrative support experience
