Influencer Marketing Coordinator

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Paraaque for an Influencer Marketing Coordinator. The selected candidate will manage and execute influencer marketing campaigns, identify and collaborate with key social media influencers, negotiate partnerships, and analyze campaign performance. Additional tasks include maintaining influencer databases, coordinating content creation, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all campaigns. The coordinator will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between the brand and its target audience through impactful collaborations.

• Influencer marketing expertise, including collaboration, outreach, and partnership building
• Skills in campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple influencer relationships and campaigns
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Experience with content creation or familiarity with digital trends is a plus
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
