This is a remote position.
We are looking for an Influencer Campaign Coordinator to support the execution of global influencer campaigns across Europe, Latin America, the USA, and other regions on platforms including TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and X.
You will work closely with Influencer Marketing Managers, sourcing specialists, and team leads to support campaign execution, creator sourcing, outreach, and coordination. This role is hands-on and operational, focused on helping campaigns run smoothly rather than owning strategy or client relationships end-to-end.
Who We're Looking For
13 years of experience in influencer marketing or creator-focused roles (agency experience preferred).
Hands-on experience with influencer research, scouting, outreach, and coordination.
Basic understanding of influencer platforms, creator pricing, and campaign workflows.
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in parallel.
Strong written communication skills in English.
Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working in an execution-focused, fast-paced environment.
