Job Title: Influencer Management Director

Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative, driven, and experienced Influencer Management Director to lead our partnerships with key opinion leaders, content creators, and celebrity influencers. The ideal candidate must be passionate about social media, has a deep understanding of the influencer landscape, strong industry networks, and a proven track record of executing successful influencer campaigns. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing influencer strategies that align with clients goals and enhance brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development: Create, lead, and execute comprehensive influencer marketing strategies that align with clients objectives.

Relationship Building: Scout for, establish, and maintain strong relationships with influencers, key opinion leaders, and content creators across various platforms.

Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of influencer campaigns, ensuring they meet performance metrics and deliver ROI.

Collaboration: Work closely with PR, marketing, and creative teams to integrate influencer strategies into broader marketing initiatives.

Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to continuously improve influencer marketing efforts.

Reporting: Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance, including key metrics and recommendations for improvement.

Budget Management: Negotiate and manage budgets for influencer campaigns, ensuring cost-effective and impactful collaborations.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years agency experience in influencer marketing, PR, or digital marketing.

Minimum of 5 years industry experience in influencer marketing, PR, or digital marketing.

Proven track record of successful influencer campaigns and strong networks with influencers, content creators, celebrity influencers, and their management.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Skills & Competencies:

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.

Creative thinker - capable of developing innovative influencer strategies and executions.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Personality/Character Traits:

Passionate about social media and influencer marketing trends.

Loves working with people and building meaningful relationships.

Highly motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
