We're looking for an Influencer Campaign Manager to lead and manage influencer campaigns for one of our key clients in the Fintech niche who is expanding across Europe, including Poland, the UK, France, Italy, Bulgaria, Lithuania, and additional markets. The campaign will be on YouTube, Instagram and TikTokYou will support and coordinate campaign execution end-to-end, working closely with our internal influencer marketing managers and cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns launch smoothly, perform effectively, and meet agreed targets.
This role sits at the intersection of client coordination, campaign execution, and performance delivery.
What You'll DoSupport and manage influencer campaigns across multiple European markets, with a strong focus on fintech-related activations
Act as a key client-facing contact, handling communication, updates, and alignment
Scout and source relevant creators across different platforms and markets
Contact talent agencies and creators directly, manage outreach, and negotiate collaboration terms
Coordinate with internal influencer managers, strategists, and operations teams to execute campaigns
Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and budgets
Ensure creators meet content requirements, compliance guidelines, and deadlines
Track campaign performance against KPIs, report results to the client, and identify optimisation opportunities to support campaign scaling

Requirements2+ years experience in influencer marketing, ideally as a campaign or account manager
Experience managing client accounts and acting as a primary or shared point of contact
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple markets, timelines, and stakeholders
Experience setting up and managing campaign tracking and KPIs
Familiarity with European markets and a background in fintech, crypto, or financial products
Existing connections with European creators and talent agencies
Comfortable negotiating collaboration terms and managing deal discussions
Strong written and verbal English, with a performance-oriented, detail-focused mindset
Confident working cross-functionally with internal teams
