About the Job
We're hiring an Influencer Manager to build and own the influencer marketing engine for a growing anime-inspired jewelry and accessories brand. This person will be responsible for finding, evaluating, contacting, negotiating with, onboarding, and managing creators across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
This is not a basic VA outreach role. We need someone who can think strategically, judge creator quality quickly, understand brand fit, and build a repeatable system that drives real business results. The goal is not just to send DMs or get free posts. The goal is to build a scalable creator pipeline that increases reach, generates strong UGC, creates long-term creator relationships, and helps drive measurable sales. You should understand how influencer marketing connects to e-commerce growth, product launches, social proof, paid ads, content testing, and brand positioning. You should also have strong taste, strong judgment, and the ability to tell the difference between a creator who looks good on paper and a creator who can actually influence the right audience. Tasks
- Own influencer marketing strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
- Source and evaluate creators who fit the Kraymer brand, audience, and product categories
- Build and manage a structured influencer pipeline with clear stages, rankings, notes, follow-ups, and next actions
- Lead creator outreach, follow-ups, negotiations, gifting, affiliate deals, paid collaborations, and ambassador relationships
- Identify creators who can produce strong UGC that can be reused across organic social, paid ads, landing pages, and product pages
- Turn one-off collaborations into long-term creator relationships
- Track performance across reach, engagement, content quality, traffic, conversions, CAC, ROI, and repeat partnership potential
- Improve outreach angles, creator selection, offer structure, and campaign systems over time
Requirements
- Proven experience managing influencer marketing for e-commerce brands
- Strong understanding of creator sourcing, outreach, negotiation, and campaign management
- Able to judge creator-brand fit beyond vanity metrics
- Strong eye for aesthetics, content quality, audience quality, and brand alignment
- Comfortable evaluating creators across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
- Able to build systems, trackers, follow-up processes, and reporting workflows
- Strong written communication that sounds natural, human, and brand-appropriate
- Strong negotiation skills for gifting, affiliate, paid, and ambassador partnerships
- Able to manage multiple creators, campaigns, and follow-ups without losing details
- Understands how influencer content can support paid ads, organic social, product launches, and conversion
- Highly organized, responsive, and able to work independently with strong ownership
- Comfortable being measured by actual results, not just outreach volume
Nice to Have
- Experience scaling influencer programs from scratch or from an early stage
- Experience with Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, or other e-commerce brands
- Experience managing influencer campaigns for jewelry, fashion, accessories, beauty, collectibles, anime, manga, gaming, or fan-culture brands
- Understanding of UGC creative strategy and how creator content is used in paid ads
- Experience working with international creators
- Experience building ambassador programs or affiliate creator programs
- Familiarity with anime, manga, gaming, fashion, collectibles, or fandom communities
