What You'll Do

  • Stakeholder Engagement
  • Act as the primary contact for clients and internal teams.
  • Foster open communication and ensure all requirements are addressed and documented for superior service delivery.
  • Operational Coordination
  • Streamline pre-mobilization activities, including checklists, reports, and essential operational documents.
  • Maintain an accurate operations database covering equipment inventory, inspection schedules, and certifications.
  • Quality Assurance
  • Uphold our commitment to excellence by ensuring quality documents and records are audit-ready.
  • Act as the deputy quality representative during internal and external quality audits.
  • Financial Oversight
  • Collaborate with finance teams to manage invoicing and accounts payable efficiently.
  • Ensure timely billing and accurate record-keeping to support financial transparency.
  • Vendor Management
  • Oversee supplier performance, ensuring they align with our operational and business needs.
  • Drive cost-effective procurement while maintaining a strong network of reliable suppliers.
  • Team and Resource Management
  • Keep personnel records up-to-date, including attendance, expenses, and training plans.
  • Ensure 100% availability of equipment and resources through meticulous planning and monitoring.

Education And Experience

What You Bring to the Team

  • A degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in operations within the industries sector, encompassing areas such as manufacturing, resource processing, or extraction.
  • At least 2 years of experience in inspections, QA/QC, or a related technical field.

Skills And Competencies

  • Proficiency in MS Office and internal systems like Flex and SuccessFactors.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
