The Industry Engagement Support Officer is responsible for sourcing, engaging, and supporting industry partners to participate in virtual studentindustry project programs. This role focuses on building strong relationships with employers, coordinating project requirements, and ensuring smooth programme delivery. The position also involves administrative support, outreach, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver high-quality experiences for students and industry partners.
Key Responsibilities
Industry Engagement & Administration
- Provide daily administrative support to the engagement team
- Manage inbox communications and respond to client queries promptly
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records and project pipelines
- Coordinate project schedules and maintain project calendars
- Support onboarding and ongoing communication with industry partners
- Monitor project progress and address issues or risks as needed
Outreach & Partner Development
- Research and identify potential industry partners across sectors
- Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, and other channels
- Follow up with leads to support recruitment and engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry contacts
- Assist in securing project briefs that meet program requirements
Programme Delivery Support
- Assist in preparing materials and coordinating programme logistics
- Provide support to partners during live programmes
- Help facilitate communication between students and industry clients
- Ensure project briefs are clear, achievable, and engaging
Marketing & Reporting
- Support development of marketing content (posts, newsletters, materials)
- Assist in digital campaigns to attract industry partners
- Collect feedback and data for programme evaluation
- Maintain records of testimonials and engagement metrics
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
- Support the use of tools and systems to streamline workflows
- Contribute to enhancing overall programme quality and delivery
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Experience in marketing, business development, or outreach
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, social media, and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Experience in client support, onboarding, or stakeholder management is an advantage
- Comfortable working remotely and in flexible work settings
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and content creation is a plus
- Experience using AI tools for productivity is desirable
Work Environment & Expectations
While this is a work-from-home position, it is important to note that this is a full-time rolenot a freelance or flexible-hour arrangement. You will be expected to work a fixed shift and maintain a high level of professionalism and accountability, just as you would in an office environment.
This role requires:
Discipline and commitment to set working hours (strict shift times, not flexible)
Use of time tracking software during work hours
Active participation in team and client calls with your camera ON
Consistent availability and responsiveness throughout your shift
Treating this as a long-term, full-time jobnot a side gig or freelance task
Payroll is processed bi-monthly.

Benefits
1. Monthly Salary:
Php 35,000
2. Salary will be paid on a bi-monthly basis on the
15th and 30th or 31st of each month
3. You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays
4. Probation:
6 months and after Probation
- 10 days annual leave credits
- 5 days of sick leave
5. HMO offered after 6-months probation
6. Eligible for 13th Month Pay after 30 days
