Key Responsibilities
1. Solution Consulting & Sales Support
- Support enterprise sales cycles by providing domain expertise
- Conduct solution demonstrations and proof-of-concept engagements
- Develop business cases and ROI models for prospective clients
- Support RFPs responses and technical evaluations
2. Implementation & Value Realization
- Lead implementation engagement for assigned clients
- Define success metrics and value realization plans
- Provide ongoing advisory and optimization recommendations
- Drive client expansion and upsell opportunities
- Coordinate and collaborating with key stakeholder to ensure successful delivery
3. Through Leadership
- Develop industry insight and content
- Present at client workshop and events
- Contribute to product roadmap with market insights
- Build relationship with HR industry leaders
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 3+ years in HR technology consulting, HR solution engineering or related roles
- Experience with talent management, workforce planning or people analytics
- Track record of successful client engagements and public speaking
- Knowledge of Philippine labor market, HR practices and enterprise market
- Proven experience in client-facing role and stakeholder management
- Experience with B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment preferred
