Objectives
Manages, control and develop the Oil & Energy Customers engagement strategies/activities in the country in accordance with the group business strategy and local business environment to deliver maximum profit and optimize business assets and human resources
Job Duties
External:
- Global Customers New & Existing
- Identify and develop potential, sustainable customer relationships
- Partner with local external stakeholder to coordinate customer requests and services that are being promoted
- Develop and maintain strong existing customer relations and loyalty
- Respond to customer RFI, RFQ (Request for Information, Request for Quote) and Tenders
- Respond to customer needs/enquiries/complaints
- Lead in engagements and strategic customer interfaces
Internal:
- Country Commercial
- Implement business development plans and processes to achieve targeted customer growth and retention rate, revenue targets and budgets
- Partner with local, district and regional management to coordinate customer requests and services that are being promoted
- Provide customers specific advice/information to Country IP Head to facilitate business performance review & evaluation
- Support Country IP Head to devise, fine tune and implement overall Business Development strategy and directives
- Coordinate with different departments to deliver quality service to customers
- Maintain good communication and working relationship with others functions Strategic Business Development
- Lead customer meetings/sales visits (potential and existing) and present company capabilities
- Identify and develop sales leads
- Drive market profiling and customer/competitor research & analysis activities to understand and identify market opportunities and challenges
- Ensure effective pricing strategies are developed to sustain profitable growth
- Comply with QHSE procedure and regulation
- Actively participate in all QHSE program Customers Business Performance & Results
- Responsible for achieving Customer business targets and KPIs
Championing Quality & Improvement
- Defines and implements IP Department ISO standards in line with corporate instructions
- Regularly enhance quality or value of existing business development methods and techniques and resolve problems that may not be clearly defined
Customer Sales Operations Management
- Ensure the development and maintenance of the customer database and its use for identification and segmented targeting of global customers and prospects for IP
- Coordinate sales efforts with inside sales and provide flow of data on account competitors and suppliers to product management
- Comply with Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health & Safety, and Business Continuity Management Systems procedures and regulations, and participate in their programs.
Job Requirements
- Education background minimum Bachelor Degree
- Experience in Forwarding especially in Industrial Project at management level min. 5 years
- English Fluency both in writing and speaking
- Computer Literacy is a must
