Job Description

Full-time Position

Mon-Sat 8:30 am to 5:30 pm

Cavite

Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience

The Industrial Park Engineer is primarily responsible for the upkeep, regular maintenance and proper operation of machinery, equipment, systems and infrastructure as well as monitoring of locators and contractors compliance to the Deed of Restrictions (DR), Construction Rules and Regulations (CRR) and Industrial Park Rules and Regulations (IPRR) for the Daiichi Industrial Park and Mountview Industrial Complex project in Cavite. He/She will also act as the Pollution Control Officer (PCO) and the Safety Officer of the estate.

Job Requirements

  • A Graduate of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Must be a Registered Professional Engineer.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of work experience, ideally should also be an accredited Safety and Pollution Control Officer.
  • With Supervisory skills and decision-making capabilities.
  • Willing to be assigned in Silang, Cavite.

Job Responsibilities

OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT AND REPORTING

  • Prepares and submits regular PM reports.
  • Conducts regular inspections and monitoring of park structures and compliances to DR, CRR, IPRR, local, safety and environmental laws.
  • Monitors and updates relevant permits to ensure regulatory compliances.

INDUSTRIAL PARK INFRASTRUCTURE AND MAINTENANCE

  • Conducts regular inspection of facilities and utilities
  • Supervises and monitors contractors and 3rd party service providers work and performance
  • Creates weekly activity logs for in-house personnel, preventive maintenance calendars and other events
  • Monitors the locator's construction, fit-out and improvement activities to include review of plans

INVENTORY AND VENDOR MANAGEMENT

  • Oversees purchase requests for supplies and delivery of items for special projects, maintenance and daily operations
  • Oversees and coordinates the delivery of services and construction work of contractors and suppliers

LOCATOR RELATIONS AND MANAGEMENT

  • Responds to locator's issues and concerns, ensuring timely resolution while maintaining a high standard of service
  • Ensures timely preparation and efficient turnaround for events and activities prepared for locators
