We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Industrial Engineering Supervisor to lead initiatives that enhance team performance, optimize organizational structures, and drive overall efficiency. This role will oversee productivity and work quality across key functions while advancing continuous improvements in manpower planning, process optimization, and job design.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct job and manpower audits to identify functional gaps, overlaps, and opportunities for organizational improvement.
- Supervise and guide team members to maintain fair workload distribution, maximize productivity, and uphold consistent work quality.
- Lead organizational and process evaluations aimed at streamlining workflows, minimizing inefficiencies, and improving resource utilization.
- Oversee job evaluation and redesign projects to ensure positions are aligned with departmental goals and shifting organizational priorities.
- Contribute to workforce planning by assessing staffing needs and validating position requirements to support operational efficiency.
- Champion continuous process enhancements focused on simplification, standardization, and improved effectiveness across all business functions.
- Administer organizational assessments and surveys to analyze operational structures and enhance collaboration between departments.
- Execute management studies such as time-and-motion analyses, process flow reviews, and workload assessments to support data-driven decisions.
- Direct team performance initiatives, including target setting, performance reviews, and employee development planning.
- Uphold compliance with eTap's safety standards, data protection measures, and information security policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Human Resource Management, or Business Administration required.
- Master's degree or graduate-level coursework in any of these disciplines is an advantage.
- At least four (4) years of experience in a supervisory or project leadership role involving organizational development, workforce planning, or process optimization.
