Role Description

This is an internship role for an Industrial Engineering Intern, located on-site in Calamba. The intern will assist in analyzing production workflows, optimizing manufacturing processes, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Day-to-day tasks that include data collection, performance analysis, process design, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient operational strategies.

Qualifications

• A foundational understanding of Industrial Engineering concepts and principles.
• Proficiency in data analysis, process optimization, and workflow mapping tools.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
• Proficiency in using standard office software and familiarity with engineering tools (Simulation Modeling) or Microsoft Power BI software is a plus but not necessary.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering.
• Experience or knowledge in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies is an advantage.
