Industrial Engineering Intern

Job Description

• Support the Finance Group in analyzing and improving billing workflows
• Identify inefficiencies and propose process enhancements
• Assist in implementing solutions to optimize accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in billing operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document processes and develop performance metrics
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within billing operations

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering or Management Engineering (or related field)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other data analysis tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
