Qualifications
Education : Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering
Experience : 1-2 Years Experience in Production/Manufacturing
Requirements/ Skills : Proven experience in production process optimization,
layout design, and work measurement.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project
management skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other
continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Analyze current production processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop
solutions to eliminate waste and bottlenecks.
- Design and implement efficient production layouts, considering factors such as material
flow, equipment placement, and ergonomics.
- Develop and maintain work standards and procedures to ensure consistent quality and
production output.
- Conduct time studies and implement work measurement programs to establish labor
utilization baselines.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Maintenance, Quality Control) to ensure smooth
production operations.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and implement new technologies and
methodologies to optimize production.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to production processes, standards, and
procedures.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and troubleshoot production issues.
- Participate in the selection and procurement of new equipment and machinery as needed.
- Assist in the daily operation of production lines to ensure operations run smoothly and
meet or exceed target efficiency.
- Exercise administrative control over personnel to ensure strict implementation of company
rules and regulations.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Plant Manager.
