Our Company in the Philippines, Epta Refrigeration Phils. Inc. is looking for Industrial Engineer (Warehouse Worker).

Requirements:
1. Inventory Control and Governance
- Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, and inventory health to ensure adequate stock availability while minimizing excess and obsolete inventories.

- Ensure inventory transactions are accurately and timely recorded and monitored in SAP or related systems.

- Coordinate cycle counts, spot counts, annual physical inventory activities, inventory reconciliations, and control implementation with Finance and other stakeholders.

- Investigate inventory discrepancies and variances and coordinate corrective actions with responsible functions.

- Monitor inventory aging and provide recommendations on slow-moving, non-moving, excess, and obsolete inventories.

- Prepare inventory reports and analysis to support management review and decision-making.

- Support compliance with established inventory management policies, procedures, and controls.

2. Logistics Planning and Coordination
- Plan and coordinate logistics requirements for customer deliveries, project deployments, service operations, inbound shipments, and inter-warehouse transfers.

- Consolidate transportation requirements and endorse complete logistics information to Purchasing for carrier booking and freight arrangements.

- Monitor delivery schedules and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution.

- Maintain visibility of shipment and delivery status and proactively address delivery issues, delays, and exceptions.

- Coordinate with Sales, Service, Project Teams, Commerce, Purchasing, and Warehouse to ensure alignment of logistics activities and delivery priorities.

3. Documentation Management and Billing Support
- Ensure completeness, accuracy, safekeeping, and proper monitoring of warehouse and logistics documentation.

- Monitor collection of customer-signed delivery receipts, proof of delivery documents, transfer documents, and other supporting records.

- Ensure timely submission of complete delivery-related documents to Commerce for invoicing and revenue recognition.

- Maintain documentation trackers and monitor pending submissions to prevent invoicing delays.

- Support internal and external audit requirements relating to inventory, warehouse, and logistics records.

4. Warehouse Operations Support
- Provide operational and administrative support to the Warehouse Supervisor in the execution of warehouse activities.

- Assist in monitoring receiving, issuance, transfers, returns, warehouse movements, and related transaction activities.

- Support implementation of warehouse procedures, inventory controls, documentation discipline, and operational improvement initiatives.

- Assist in warehouse inspections, audits, compliance activities, and issue resolution.

- Act as backup support for critical warehouse activities when required.

5. Reporting and Continuous Improvement
- Prepare periodic reports on inventory performance, logistics activities, documentation compliance, and operational KPIs.

- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to strengthen inventory control, documentation discipline, and logistics efficiency.

- Support digitalization and continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse and supply chain functions.

- Participate in projects aimed at improving operational effectiveness, inventory visibility, and customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, or related disciplines.

- At least three (3) years of relevant experience in inventory control, warehousing, logistics, supply chain operations, materials management, or related functions.

- Strong understanding of inventory management principles, warehouse processes, logistics planning, and documentation controls.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

- Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA or other ERP systems is an advantage.

- Strong analytical, planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions, including Warehouse, Finance, Purchasing, Commerce, Sales, Service, and Project Teams.

- High level of integrity, accountability, accuracy, and attention to detail.
