Play a key role in transforming how finance operates across a growing portfolio of restaurant brands. As an Industrial Engineer – Process Excellence & Governance, you will act as a strategic partner to the Finance team; driving process excellence, strengthening governance, and leading initiatives that improve efficiency, scalability, and control. You will ensure finance policies and procedures are not only compliant and well-documented but also aligned with the company's growth and transformation goals.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the end-to-end review and transformation of finance policies, procedures, and SOPs to ensure standardization, scalability, and governance
- Establish and maintain a centralized, audit-ready policy framework with clear ownership, version control, and review cycles
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across finance operations, focusing on efficiency, accuracy, and cost optimization
- Analyze workflows and performance metrics to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for operational excellence
- Champion automation and digitalization efforts by identifying high-impact opportunities and working closely with IT and system partners
- Act as the strategic custodian of finance policies, ensuring consistent interpretation and implementation across all brands and functions
- Partner with key stakeholders (AP, AR, General Accounting, Tax, Cost Accounting) to align processes with business objectives and best practices
- Strengthen internal controls and support audit readiness by proactively addressing compliance gaps and process risks
- Lead the development of structured training programs and a Finance Certification framework to elevate capability across teams
- Drive knowledge management by ensuring all finance processes are clearly documented, accessible, and continuously improved
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering (required)
- 2–4 years experience in process improvement, operations, or finance-related roles
- Exposure to finance functions (AP, AR, General Accounting, Cost Accounting) is an advantage
- Experience in retail, food service, or multi-site operations is a plus
- Strong process mapping and documentation skills
- Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP is an advantage)
- Familiarity with finance automation tools is highly desirable
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple initiatives
