The Opportunity
We are hiring Industrial Engineers to streamline and optimize our core business units. Depending on your strengths, interests, and interview assessment, you will be considered for one of three critical tracks:
1. Product Assistant
- The Focus: Supply chain, manufacturing efficiency, and quality assurance
- What you'll do: Work closely with production teams to optimize the lifecycle of our apparel and cosmetics lines. You will analyze lead times, manage vendor relations, monitor production schedules, and ensure our products meet Suyen's high standards of quality and cost-efficiency
2. Merchandise Assistant
- The Focus: Inventory optimization, data analytics, and demand forecasting
- What you'll do: Apply your IE optimization skills directly to the retail floor. You will analyze sales trends, manage stock allocation across our vast store network, minimize stockouts, and use data to ensure the right products are in the right stores at the exact right time
3. Marketing Assistant
- The Focus: Process mapping, campaign operations, and consumer data analytics
- What you'll do: Marketing in retail is a massive operational engine. You will apply engineering logic to campaign rollouts, coordinate the logistics of nationwide marketing materials, analyze consumer purchasing behavior, and optimize the workflows between our creative teams and retail branches.
